Rise Above the Influence is a project of the Youth Action Committee of Harney County, Oregon.  In partnership with Harney County Partners for Kids and Families, the Youth Action Committee is a group of young people who gather from the far reaches of our 10,000 square mile county at least once a month.  We are focused on working with our peers in an effort to reduce under age drug and alcohol use as well as encouraging positive choices and decisions in walking through life.  This website is a resource for parents and kids.  It is currently under construction so check back frequently for photo posts, a community blog, and ongoing polls.  Thanks for checking us out and take the high road by rising above the influence.
