The Mid-Year Training Institute offers in-depth training sessions geared specifically for community coalition leaders and staff. The Mid-Year also includes personal coaching sessions and National Youth Leadership Initiative activities. From fundamentals of coalition building and strategic planning to evaluation and research, you will come away motivated and inspired. Four members of the Burns and Crane YAC chapters will be attending this training and will be posting different things they have learned and tons of ideas that they will be bringing back to help the YAC chapter grow stronger.
